The problem for One-Stop Photo is that the new hires are not familiar with Adobe Lightroom as an editing software, we are trying to solve that issue by creating a course addressing the learning gap. The solution involves a self-paced eLearning course, in this case, Rise. This document is one of the deliverables aimed at presenting a high level overview without going too depth into the details, but providing important information such as structure.. For the proposed solution, an eLearning course using Rise 360 would be appropriate considering the learner content.

I like to make sure every detail is present from design, to layers, interactions, and any buttons present.
